Studi Eksplanatori-Konfirmatori Tentang Kualitas Pelayanan Pengerja Berdasarkan Titus 1:5-16 di GBI Keluarga Imamat Rajani Samarinda

Abstract

This research was conducted to find the most dominant indicator in determining the formation of quality workmanship services based on Titus 1: 5 -16 in the Indonesian Bethel Church of Royal Priesthood Family in Samarinda. The research method used was an explanatory survey. This research wants to study or explore in depth the dependent variable (Y) called the dependent variable which in this study functions as an endogenous variable. This variable is developed by building a deep construct to find dimensions and indicators called exogenous variables. The quality of work services of the Indonesian Bethel Church of Royal Priesthood Family of Samarinda based on Titus 1: 5-16, the condition tends to be significantly high at ? <0.05. Whereas if the trend of each indicator is seen, the results are: (1) The quality of workmanship services in the Indonesian Bethel Church of Royal Priesthood Family of Samarinda Significantly tends to be moderate at ? <0.05; (2) Workers in the Indonesian Bethel Church condition significantly tend to have Significantly Reliable Attitude of Servants at ? <0.05; (3) Having a reliable servant attitude (X ) is the most dominant indicator determining the formation of quality 1 service workers based on Titus 1: 5-16 in the Indonesian Bethel Church of Royal Priesthood Family of Samarinda (Y) "significantly at ? <0.05.
